If i enter into a parenting plan, can i have that registered or endorsed or made into an order by the court?
Seperated 8 months ago and the ex is very erratic and controlling, we can agree on a parenting plan however don't want its changed on their whim.If i enter into a parenting plan, can i have that registered or endorsed or made into an order by the court?
