Would American women be more likely to make a parenting plan with out going to court, if the person will leave the country on a passport of another country just to void paying child support? The only thing you can charge him with is not paying child support. 50/50 custody with no child support is fair, and the men would be willing to take that deal. Why would someone who wants 50/50 custody leave the country (and his child) to avoid paying child support? I wouldn't want someone who would do that involved in my child's life, sorry.
